Scented Samples

I have had many people ask me “how do you make your samples?” I use them as a marketing tool for my Scentsy Wickless Candle business, by stapling them to my business cards, but anyone can make them to use as party favors, giveaways, scented flower pots and so many more uses for them for your business.

How To Make the Basic Sample

Tools Needed:

  • Candy Melting Bowls (pourable) or a Wilton Candy Melting pot
  • Candy Molds
  • Candy Bags
  • Once brick/bar of your favorite scent (bricks make approx. 100 samples/bars make approx 25)

Instructions:

  1. Melt entire brick/bar in your melting pot/bowl of choice
  2. Pour into candy molds
  3. Let them set on the counter (about 10 minutes) - they will turn a milky white color
  4. Place in your freezer for 10 – 15 minutes
  5. Pop them out and bag them in the candy bags
  6. To make a two-toned samples, fill the mold half full, wait for it to set and fill with your second scent, follow the instructions in step 3

Voila! ENJOY your perfect scented samples!!
